About the role
Ascendion is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team in our Taguig City office. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive IT support and managing the resolution of technical issues for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Bonifacio Global City (BGC) office.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT support requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of support tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and coordinate the resolution of complex problems
