Hiring: YouTube Video Editor

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor
to join our growing educational YouTube channel.

This is not a faceless channel. The content will include on-camera presence, and we want the editing to elevate the storytelling, clarity, and engagement of each video.

Scope of Work

• Edit
  4 videos per month
• Each video will be
  6–8 minutes
  long
• Enhance raw footage into engaging, high-retention content
• Add relevant
  B-roll, graphics, animations, transitions, captions, and sound design
• Source images, short clips, or animations independently (when needed)
• Improve pacing, flow, and visual storytelling
• Optimize for YouTube (intro/outro, hooks, engagement cues)

I will provide the raw video footage. You will handle the creative editing process and visual enhancement.
