Starting salary 20,625 
Bachelor 's degree in any business-related or healthcare related course 
With basic knowledge of HMO/healthcare processes. 
Knowledge of medical terminology and health card eligibility procedures 
Proficient in email communication, MS Office 
Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital front desk, HMO processing, or a customer service role. 
Physically fit to work. 
Job Type: Full-time
