HMSS koordinator

Responsibilities

• Follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the field.
• Proactively and systematically work with preventive HSE measures.
• Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
• Report to the HSE lead during audit shutdowns.
• Collaborate with the project's safety delegate service.
• Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, such as reporting observations and handling incidents.

Required expertise

• Relevant experience from petroleum-related, renewable energy, or construction projects.
• Education in HSE is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• A valid EX awareness course certificate is required.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English is essential.
