HMSS koordinator

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of working hours actively monitoring activities in the field.
• Follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters within the project.
• Work proactively and systematically with preventive HSE initiatives.
• Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
• Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, such as reporting observations and incidents.
• Manage the case handling of HSE reports and observations.
• Engage with all personnel in an approachable manner, but be firm and intervene when observing safety violations.
• Collaborate closely with the project's safety delegate service.

Required expertise

• Relevant experience from project work in the petroleum, renewable energy, or construction sectors.
• Education in HSE is desirable; however, relevant experience can compensate for...
