[HN, Garena] Digital Marketing Lead

You'll lead Garena Vietnam's Online Marketing function across three fronts — campaign operations, internal marketing tooling, and data platform — and use AI to make the whole machine run faster and smarter.

Your Mission

This isn't a pure performance marketing role and it's not pure ops. It's both — and then some. You run the paid marketing operation for User Acquisition and Engagement campaigns across titles, you own the quality of what the team produces, and you drive the tooling and data infrastructure that makes the work actually scalable.

Do it well, and you won't just be leading a team — you'll be building the Online Marketing function this company runs on for the next few years.
