About the Role
Do you have experience in HR Transformation project management and/or HRIS consulting, including proven experience in team leadership, and are you looking to grow and develop new skills? If so, this position is for you! The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking an HO HR Transformation to join our Human Resources team in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. You will be part of the HR Transformation/Digital team responsible for orchestrating the transition toward new HR operating models, integrating changes in processes, organizational culture, and digital solutions. You will act as the primary driver of change to make the HR function more high‑performing, agile, and aligned with industrial objectives.
