  Overview 
 Hire Resolve is currently working with a mining company based in the Northern Cape and is in need of a highly experienced and qualified HOD Operations Manager to join their team.
 Responsibilities:
 Oversee and manage all operations within the mining site.
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
 Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
 Manage budgets and financial performance of the mining operations.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 Mentor and provide leadership to a team of supervisors and operational staff.
 Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
 Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
