This position reports to: Service Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

This role is contributing to the NAM Hoisting Service team as an intern focusing on Cyber Security, RAP/SRP and Smart Hoist in North American Region.
