The Senior / Sales Manager – Leisure, is responsible for driving revenue performance across all leisure segments, with a strong focus on general leisure travel accounts, and group leisure business. This role requires a commercially driven sales professional with proactive account management and market development.
Your day-to-day
Performance & Optimization
• Ensure rate parity, content quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on dynamic pricing, promotions, and tactical campaigns to capture leisure demand.
• Analyse booking patterns, KPIs, and demand trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive merchandising, seasonal campaigns, and market-specific offers to improve channel share.
General Leisure Accounts (FIT & Wholesale)
• Manage and grow a portfolio of travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and FIT partners.
