DCX Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant

HR Generalist
plays a vital role in supporting DCX's end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. This position provides operational, administrative, and analytical assistance to ensure efficient hiring workflows and seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and interns. This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining the integrity of recruitment data, generating insightful reports, and assisting with process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition Operations team. The assistant also directly supports the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations by conducting research, documenting, and coordinating projects.
