The Home-Based DCX Sales Operations Manager will work full-time for DCX. You will lead and support the Sales team, oversee sales operations processes, manage CRM systems, and drive process improvements to ensure team efficiency and performance.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and innovative leader who can nurture and develop their team while ensuring compliance with and adherence to processes, with strong people-management and communication skills.
