Home Care Coordinator

**Overview**

**Job Summary:** Performs clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations. These activities include coordination of employee schedules with client wants/needs, processing intake information, and communication with referral sources. Must demonstrate flexibility, including the ability to provide in-home services to clients when homemaker coverage is not available.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintains schedule for services requested and provided to agency clients.
+ Assures that cases are filled within established time
+ Completes documentation per Agency
+ Provides appropriate notification of schedule to employees, clients, family, case manager, and others as
+ Monitors overtime and mileage records of
