JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Home Comfort & Commercial Fuels (HCCF) Dispatcher

Reports to: HCCF Director of Liquid Distribution

Status: Fulltime, exempt

$65,000 - $75,000 Per Year

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Responsibilities include and are not limited to:


+ Execute the everyday dispatching of Delivery Drivers within the designated market.

+ Oversee the delivery drivers schedule and forecast workload.

+ Consistently provide outstanding customer service and a positive reputation within the community.

+ Maintain customer database to ensure current information.

+ Manage and maintain daily exception report.

+ Provide clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and customers.

+ Efficiently learn and utilize industry specific software.

+ Promote a culture of safety through daily communication, trainings, information/knowledge to employees. This includes about ...
