Klarus Home Health & Hospice / Jet Health, Inc. is seeking experienced and dynamicHome Health/Hospice Sales Consultant(s)/Care Navigator(s)to join our team inSan Antonio, TXand surrounding areas.


The primary responsibility of this role is todrive sales and develop relationshipswith key accounts,generating referralsand growing the agency's client base for our home health and hospice business lines.

Requirements


+ Graduate of an accredited college/university required as a LPN / LVN, RN, Registered Nurse, Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) or Social Worker (BSW, MSW, LBSW, LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC).Preferred but not required

+ Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred, especially in SNFs, DME, ortho,...
