CLINIQON IS HIRING HOME HEALTH CDA- TEAM LEAD

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or related field (licensed preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of Home Health Clinical Documentation experience
• Leadership experience for at least 1-2 years, especially in Home Health setting
• Has experience in ADR/PCR processes, survey preparations, and/or QAPI (advantage)
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, chart review processes, and documentation standards
• Proficient in MS Office or other performance tracking tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with Operations Team
• Can work on the night shift
• Amenable to work ASAP
