Cliniqon is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Clinical Documentation Auditor (CDA) Team Lead to oversee chart audits, support documentation accuracy, and guide a high-performing remote team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure balanced chart distribution among assigned CDAs
• Confirm understanding of chart type, priority, and client-specific instructions
• Identify and report idle time or workload imbalances to the Operations Manager
• Monitor real-time production and documentation logs
• Correct or escalate inaccurate or incomplete entries
• Ensure charts are properly tagged, classified, and logged according to SOP
