Cliniqon is hiring HOME HEALTH CLINICAL INTAKE COORDINATORS

Qualifications:

• Home Health background is a must
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• 2-3 years of experience in Home Health Intake
• Experience in Patient Intake in a Home Health Environment, an advantage
• Conversance with Home Halth EMRs
• Able to work during the night and can start ASAP
