Job Description
· Assigned to specific zip codes and partnered with one Nurse Practitioner, covering a broad geographic area. (Northside)
 · Responsible for reconciliation tasks and conducting patient screenings.
 · Assist the Nurse Practitioner with any required orders.
 · Will eventually be responsible for drawing blood and transporting samples to the lab.
 · Will interact with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families, some of whom may have dementia or other health concerns.
 · Expected to schedule and complete five patient visits per day.
 · Schedule 5 visits a day
