HOME HEALTH INTAKE AND SCHEDULING COORDINATOR (WORK FROM HOME)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Must have experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or patient intake roles.
• Experience with insurance verification, authorization processes, and third-party reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of state, federal, and ACHC regulatory requirements related to patient intake and referrals.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of referrals and scheduling tasks.
