As a therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility and independence—all from the comfort of their homes. You will report to the Clinical Manager.

**This opportunity will require an alternative Baylor/Weekend full-time schedule, to be discussed during interview (i.e. 12 hour Fri/Sat/Sun, Sat/Sun/Mon, etc)**

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will:
