**Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Contract**

**Location:** Multiple coverage areas (MA)
**Duration:** 13 weeks (contract)
**Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Optional weekend rotation available

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Position Overview**

We are seeking experienced Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting. This role involves managing patient care plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Coverage Areas (4 Openings)**

Candidates will cover one of the following territories:
