**Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Community Based**

+ Monday–Friday
+ Must work at least one weekend per month

Pay Rate:

+ Contract: $55/hour
+ Permanent: $41–$48/hour (based on experience)

**Position Overview**

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a well-established, non-profit senior living and home health organization serving older adults in the Greater Boston area. The RN will be responsible for managing a caseload of residents requiring nursing interventions, conducting telehealth intakes and ongoing assessments, and coordinating care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
