Home Health RN QA Supervisor (Work From Home)

The Home Health RN QA Supervisor oversees the agency's clinical quality assurance team's activities. This role ensures that documentation, OASIS assessments, and plans of care meet Medicare Conditions of Participation, ACHC standards, and state/federal regulatory requirements while supporting accurate reimbursement.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 3 years Home Health experience.
• Prior QA, OASIS review, or clinical leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs and PDGM.
• Knowledge of SHP tools is a plus
• Proficiency with Wellsky Kinnser
