As a therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence—all from the comfort of their homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

+ Use professional skills and judgment in evaluating and treating disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing to prevent, identify, evaluate and minimize the effects of such disorders and conditions
+ Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and applications of therapeutic treatments including audio logic screening
+ Submit evaluation, treatment plans, progress reports and discharge summary to the supervisor and care management staff
