Home Healthcare Support Specialist

We are looking for a Home Healthcare Support Specialist to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting individuals with dementia and their caregivers by assisting with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and ongoing care coordination. As the team grows, you'll also help improve processes and contribute to keeping operations effective, compassionate, and compliant. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare support or BPO experience, especially if you're detail-oriented, comfortable making calls, and able to communicate warmly and professionally. You'll be working in a supportive remote team environment where accuracy and empathy both matter.
