Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing a Good-rated care home
• Positive, engaging, and visible leadership style
• Level 5 / Level 4 Management qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong financial acumen, including budget setting and control
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
