HOME MANAGER- Supported Accommodation

Progressive Independence is has a brand-new 4-bed Supported Accommodation home for 16‑17‑year‑olds in Wrexham. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Home Manager to lead the service and ensure the highest standards of support and safeguarding for the young people in our care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up, working closely with a supportive senior leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team.
• Ensure high standards of support, safeguarding, and independence‑focused practice.
• Oversee placement planning, daily operations, and quality assurance.
• Work in partnership with commissioners, social workers, and safeguarding teams.
• Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and compliance systems.
• Promote trauma‑informed, rights‑based practice in every aspect of the service.
