Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repair works, and preventive servicing across homestay units to ensure all properties are safe, functional, and guest-ready. This role supports daily operations and responds promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities1 General Maintenance

• Perform general maintenance works including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Conduct minor repair works to ensure units are in good condition before guest check-in.

2 Inspection & Reporting

• Identify maintenance issues during routine checks or upon reports from operations.
• Report repair needs, material requirements, and major defects to the Supervisor.
• Provide clear updates on job status and completion.
