Homecare Coordinator

We are looking for candidates who not only have home care coordination or healthcare operations experience but also a strong background in handling bulk calls, managing intensive customer complaints, and navigating high-pressure customer interactions.

Experience with US-based healthcare accounts (Aetna, UHC, BCBS, etc.), healthcare CRMs, and customer retention strategies is highly desirable.
