Homecare Speech Language Pathologist Northwest Region

Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist screens and/or evaluates speech, language, oral motor skills, swallowing, and cognition, scores and interprets tests, plans and provides therapeutic intervention, provides patient and family education, and communicates with outside agencies and referral sources. Provides age-appropriate care and services to patients from the age of birth to 21 years, and select adult patients. This is a Homecre role going onto homes
