Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Hootsuite Implementation Specialist to deliver platform setup and configuration for new clients. This role is focused on building, configuring, and enabling Hootsuite environments to an agreed scope and timeline. You will work closely with an Implementation Manager who owns the client relationship and project management, while you focus on high-quality technical delivery.
What you will do
Platform Setup & Configuration
Create queries (topics and/or filters) 
Set up social channels (Owned and/or Earned)
Configure dashboards, reports, or alerts
Apply best-practice standards across listening, publishing, and reporting
Delivery Support
Participate in requirements review sessions led by the Implementation Manager
Implement configurations based on agreed client requirements
QA your own work and address feedback or refinements
