I’m partnering with a well-established machinery business in the Cambridge area that’s looking to bring a new Horticultural Service Technician into their Fulbourn-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in horticultural, garden, utility, or small ag machinery who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working with a supportive workshop crew.

What you’ll be doing:
• Repairing and maintaining a wide range of horticultural machinery
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out service/repair work efficiently
• Using diagnostic software to investigate hydraulic and electrical issues
• Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Working independently when needed, while also being part of a strong team
