Hose Technician

A. Job Description

· Operate hydraulic test equipment including flow meters, data acquisition systems, multimeters, and calibrators.

· Use hand and power tools such as drill presses, lapping machines, and lathes to perform fabrication and repair tasks.

· Testing hydraulic systems and troubleshooting circuits.

· Conduct teardown and evaluation of components received for inspection and repair.

· Assist in the organization and setup of the repair department to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

· Fabricate, assemble, and repair hydraulic hoses following precise specifications and strict safety standards.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of hydraulic parts, tools, and materials to support seamless operations.

· Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
