Location: Pauls Valley, Oklahoma

Position is for a PRN LPN or RN. Serving the Pauls Valley, OK area. Up to 100% Travel

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the nursing care plan.
• Provides nursing care to patients according to established policies and procedures.
• Uses proper techniques, procedures, and safety precautions to meet individual needs of patients.
• Checks status of medications provided by Hospice, and reorders as needed.
• Performs skilled nursing visits as scheduled.
