Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse

Salary: $31.25-$34.13 BOE

Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun | 7 AM-7 PM

Location: Hamilton County, Ohio, and surrounding area

Requirements of the Hospice LPN Role:

• Licensed Practical Nursing Degree
• A minimum of 1 year of Clinical experience/Skilled care
• Hospice experience preferred
• Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage
• Reliable transportation: Willing to travel

About the Hospice LPN Role:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in end-of-life, conducting visits in a facility and/or home patients.

Provide on-call services after hours, and complete scheduled skilled visits.

Assist Registered nurses in carrying out the plan of care.

Assist RN in performing specialized procedures (as defined in the state nurse practice act) as directed by the RN under physician's orders.
