  Hospice NP - $130,000 - $160,000 + benefits 
 We are seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary care team, providingcompassionate and holistic care to patients in community settings. This role isintegral to the development of our growing palliative care program, whichemphasizes innovation, leadership, and continuity of care. The ideal candidatewill have strong clinical skills, a passion for teamwork, and the ability towork closely with patients and their families during some of the mostchallenging times in their lives. We welcome experienced Nurse Practitioners,as well as Registered Nurses with hospice or palliative care experience who arenew to the NP role.
