Hospice Social Worker

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and were looking for a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join an interdisciplinary hospice team and provide exceptional emotional, psychosocial, and community-based support to patients facing chronic or terminal illness. In this role, youll work alongside physicians, nurses, (physical, occupational & speech) therapists, chaplains, and volunteers to help patients and families navigate the hospice journey with dignity, comfort, and compassion. Youll serve as a trusted advocate, counselor, and resource liaison while helping create individualized plans of care that support the person emotionally, socially, spiritually, and practically.
