Hospice/Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Optimum has a position for a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join a hospital in northern Washington.

About the Position:

• Level IV Trauma
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p) or 4x 10-hour shifts
• No call
• Setting: Outpatient
• Daily Census: 10-20 patients
• Will travel to different homes, facilities, and clinics
• APPs practice independently with some supervision
• EMR: AthenaHealth
• Board certification required
• Preferred Experience: 2+ years
