An opportunity exists for a Senior Registered Nurses (RN) who are seeking an exciting new challenge. We are looking for a permanent part time Hospital Coordinator at FTE. If you are a motivated, positive and enthusiastic RN we would love to hear from you.
About the role:
Chief warden for the hospital
Effectively and timely manage Labour, human and material resource requirements, have an awareness of KPIs and make decisions that underpin the KPIs
Ability to identify, assess and manage clinical risks
Clear understanding of the clinical capabilities of the hospital / facility when determining suitability of unplanned patient admissions
Knowledge and understanding of NSQHS Accreditation Standards
Understanding of patient admission and discharge processes to facilitate efficient bed flow within the hospital
