**Job Description**

**Harborview Medical Center Environmental Services** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Hospital Custodian Supervisor 2** .

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
+ Night Shift​, 11:00pm-7:30am

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

+ Supervise a team of 25+ custodians and one Custodial Supervisor
+ Train staff and manage administrative tasks such as supply levels, staffing needs, training requirements, and department procedures
+ Join a dedicated team that supports UW Medicine’s mission where _Patients Are First_

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Serve as a second-line supervisor in the custodial department
+ Interview and recommend candidates, conduct training, schedule work, handle leave requests, complete evaluations, and recommend disciplinary actions
+ Determine staffing needs, analyze workloads, and assign duties accordingly
