What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the hospital's administrative functions, including, but not limited to, nursing, allied health, human resources, finance, information technology, and facilities management.
• Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and systems to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Liaise with hospital departments to identify and address administrative issues, and implement effective solutions to improve operations
• Recommend policy changes to the Medical Superintendent and Executive Committee to improve quality of care and operational effectiveness
• Coordinate with stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing matters, audit processes, and other operational concerns, including patient complaints, cost compliance, and related issues...
