Hospitalist- Internal Medicine position available in a 300+ bed hospital with a closed ICU. The hospital is looking for full-time day hospitalists due to expansion. Start date is 3 to 9 months. 12 hour shifts. Options include 5 on | off or 7 on|off. Days only. No swing shifts required. Excellent benefits with vacation, calendar holidays, tuition assistance, CME. Responsibilities include rounding, 1-3 admissions RRT and codes. Manageable workload with a flexible schedule for work-life balance. Award-winning support staff. Base compensation for 0-2 years is $240K, 3-5 years is $250K, 6-9 years is $260K, 10+ years is adjusted higher (Please reach out for the exact compensation based on years of experience). Start date is as soon as credentialed with the latest start date of August 2023 for the right candidate. Facility is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
