Human Factors Lead

We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Lead to support the delivery of complex infrastructure and rail projects.

This role focuses on embedding Human Factors principles across design, safety assurance, and systems engineering activities, working closely with multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating Human Factors deliverables, supporting assurance activities, and contributing technical input to design and safety processes across major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Human Factors plans and deliverables
