Role Overview
We are hiring a Hospitality Assistant to support a fast growing American Fusion restaurant group in the United States. The business operates multiple restaurant locations and runs a high volume catering program that requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and professional communication.
This role is focused on catering execution and coordination, not sales. Once catering jobs are confirmed by the US based sales partner, the Catering Assistant takes ownership of documentation, follow ups, and internal coordination to ensure flawless delivery.
