Job Description

About the role

Assisting with laundry services, ensuring infection control and laundry practice standards

Maintaining adequate standards of hygiene and tidiness when cleaning residents’ rooms, community and public areas, kitchen and laundry

Assisting with catering tasks such as preparing food and beverages and maintaining supplies 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Aged care experience preferred

Good communication skills

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Professional presentation

Flexibility with shifts (to cover teammates when they are sick or on leave)

A current Food Handling Certificate is required

Previous work in Aged Care or healthcare is essential
