Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to lead a project-based assignment in F-6, reporting to the AuratTech F-8 Office, for a short-term commercial project focused on aesthetics clients.The trainer will design and deliver a structured training program, conduct needs assessments, and guide participants to improve both hospitality and sales skills. The program includes 10 days of in-person training followed by 6 structured follow-up check-ins over 3 months. Training will incorporate AI-driven techniques for sales refinement, activity- and role-based exercises, and English communication improvement. The trainer will coordinate closely with the F8 Aurattech office to ensure project goals are achieved on time.
