Hospitality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Remain fully informed with industry norms, restrictions and standards to ensure initiatives are compliant.
• Host clients and the team in hospitality suites of sporting events.
• Maintain good knowledge and work with all elements of Food and Beverage at the event.
• Provide support to the Event Coordinators.
• Produce weekly reports on all events.
• Manage events and ensure everything runs smoothly, responsible for team working at events.
• Control expenditure.
• Order and control stock in venues.
• Manage and build relationships with internal and external suppliers.
• Work closely with leaders in the business to develop new initiatives and enhance existing activities.
• Create and implement proper hospitality procedures.
