Hospitality Duty Manager Position Available

As a Duty Manager, reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will excel in supervising a high-performing team while delivering stellar guest services. Your role will involve training staff, managing guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all guest interactions with exceptional hospitality
• Supervise guest service staff and training initiatives
• Schedule and manage operational duties at the Guest Service desk
• Monitor and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Support daily operations alongside the Operations Manager
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is essential
