Hospitality Specialist (Evening)

About the Role:  As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others).

This role is perfect for someone highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of new challenges.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.

Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.

Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.

Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
